Indications

Dosage and Administrations
Decoct 9~15 g, 30~60 g for large dosage; or made into alcoholic preparation.
Cations

八月札概述(舒肝理气 活血止痛 除烦利尿)
为本通科植物木通、三叶木通、白本通的干燥成熟果实。8～9月间果实成熟时采摘，或用沸水泡透后晒干。《陕西中草药》记载：“疏肝益肾，健脾和胃。主消化不良，腹痛，泻痢，疝气，子宫下坠。”

八月札性状
【性味】 味微苦，性平
【归经】 肝，胃经
呈长椭圆形或肾形，商品多切成片状，表面呈黑褐色或黄棕色，具不规则深皱纹，顶端钝圆，基部有果梗痕；质硬，破开后，果瓤淡黄色或黄棕色；种子多数，扁长卵形，黄棕色至紫褐色，有光泽，具条状纹理；气微香，味苦。
