泽泻概述
泽泻为泽泻科植物泽泻的块茎,冬季茎叶开始枯萎时采挖,洗净,干燥,除去须根及粗皮。生于湖泊、河湾、溪流、水塘的浅水带,沼泽、沟渠及低洼湿地亦有生长。早在《楚辞》中,就有“筐泽泻以豹鞹兮,破荆和以继筑”的诗句,
《纲目》记载:“泽泻,气平,味甘而淡,淡能渗泄,气味俱薄,所以利水而泄下。神农书列泽泻于上品,复云久服轻身、面生光,陶、苏皆以为信然,愚窃疑之。泽泻行水泻肾,久服且不可,又安有此神功耶,其谬可知。”

《本草衍义》记载:“泽泻,其功尤长于行水。张仲景曰,水蓄渴烦,小便不利,或吐或泻,五苓散主之。方用泽泻,故知其用长于行水。”
泽泻性状
【性味】 味甘,性寒
【归经】 归肾,膀胱经
呈类球形、椭圆形或卵圆形,表面黄白色或淡黄棕色,有不规则的横向环状浅沟纹及多数细小突起的须根痕,底部有的有瘤状芽痕;质坚实,断面黄白色,粉性,有多数细孔。气微,味微苦。
