【性味】 味微苦，涩，性平。
【归经】 归脾，肾，膀胱经。
根茎稍粗大，表面黑褐色或棕褐色，具细纵裂纹，刮去栓皮呈棕红色。根呈长圆锥形，弯曲，有小分支，木质部细密，花纹不明显；皮部纤维性。无臭，味苦微涩。
