楮实子概述(滋肾 清肝 明目 利尿)
别名 楮实、楮桃
为桑科植物构树的干燥成熟果实，夏秋采果实及种子。为强阳性树种，适应性特强，抗逆性强，根系浅，侧根分布很广，生长快，萌芽力和分蘖力强，耐修剪。果实含皂甙(0.51%)、维生素B及油脂；种子含油31.7%，油中含非皂化物2.67%，饱和脂肪酸9.0%，油酸15.0%，亚油酸76.0%。
楮实子各家论述
《本草求真》记载：“楮实，书言味甘气寒，虽于诸脏阴血有补。得此颜色润，筋骨壮，腰膝健，肌肉充，水肿消，以致阴痿起，阳气助，是明指其阳旺阴弱，得此阴血有补，故能使阳不胜而助，非云阳痿由于阳衰，得此可以助阳也。若以纯阴之品可以补阳，则于理甚不合矣。”
楮实子性状
【性味】 味甘，性寒。
【归经】归肝、肾经。
呈圆形，卵圆形至宽卵形，稍扁，表面红棕黄色，微具网状皱纹和颗粒状凸起。一侧有棱、一侧略平或有凹槽，有的具子房柄。质硬而脆，易压碎。胚乳类白色，富油性。气微，味淡。
