Taste:The taste is rich yet complex with a flowery honeysuckle flavor.
Appearance: This fresh scenting Tea is smooth and rich. It has a refreshing flowery smell and the Tea has a bright golden liquor. This Premium grade Huang Jin Gui differs from our regular grade from the amount of leaves and stem is picked and process. This grade has mostly leaves and less stem. Distinct osmanthus flower-like aroma.

Brewing Guide:We recommend using Chinese Yixing (purple clay) or porcelain Tea ware. Rinse Tea cup and Teapot with hot water. Fill the Teapot 1/4 to 1/3 full with Tea leaves, or 2 grams of Tea leaves for every 150ml of water if you are not using Yixing Teapot. Steep Tea leaves in hot water at 100°c (212°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
A famous Oolong Tea of Fujian Province Huang Jin Gui is very popular for its refreshing taste. A Tea with bright golden liquor and a flowery aroma. This Tea is one of the four famous anxi oolong along with Tie guan yin. The name 'Huang jin gui' means 'golden osmanthus', which is earned through the golden liquor its yellowish green leaves infused into, and for its distinct osmanthus flower-like aroma. Truly a treat not to be missed.
