蕤仁概述(祛风 散热 养肝 明目)
别名 蕤核、蕤子、白桵仁、棫仁
为蔷薇科植物单花扁核木的干燥成熟果核，夏、秋间采摘成熟果实，除去果肉，洗净，晒干。生长于山坡或川河间沙丘上。《神农本草经》记载：“主心腹邪结气，明目，目赤痛伤泪出。”
蕤仁各家论述
《医林纂要》记载：“白蕤仁，功略同酸枣仁，生则咸多，布散神明之用；熟则甘多，安定神明之主。入知其治目疾，而不知其能补心久矣。”
蕤仁性状
【性味】 味甘，性微寒。
【归经】 归肝经。
果核呈扁心脏形或扁卵形，两侧略不对称，表面浅棕色至暗棕色，有深色的网状沟纹，常有棕褐色果肉残留。质坚硬，敲开果核后，可见种子为扁平的类圆形或心脏形，种皮红棕色，膜质，两面有深色纵脉纹3-5条，尖端侧有淡色短种脐，圆端有合点，两者之间有深色种脊；子叶白色肥厚，油质，气无，味微苦。
