【性味】 味苦，甘，性微寒。
【归经】 归肝经。
全体蜷缩状，根茎短，根细小，圆柱形，弯曲，黄棕色，营养叶展开后呈卵圆形，先端钝或稍急尖，基部圆楔形或阔楔形，两侧有狭翅，草质，表面绿黄色，叶脉网状，孢子囊穗条形，先端尖，从总柄顶端生出，质柔软，难折断，气微，味淡。
