柚皮概述(宽中理气 消食 化痰)
芸香科植物柚的干燥果皮。秋末、冬初收集，剖成5～7瓣。悬起晒干或阴干。
《本草纲目》记载：“消食快膈，散愤懑之气，化痰。”
柚皮各家论述
《四川中药志》记载：“解酒毒，主肾脏水肿，宿食停滞，湿痰咳逆及疝气。”
柚皮性状
【性味】 味辛，苦，甘，性温。
【归经】 归脾，肾，膀胱经。
果皮多为5-7瓣，少有单瓣者。完整者展平后的皮片直径约为25-32cm，每单瓣长10-13cm，宽5-7cm，厚0.5-1cm。皮片边缘略向内卷曲；外表面黄绿色至黄棕色，有时呈微金黄色，极粗糙，有多数凹下的圆点及突起的油点，内表面白色，稍软而有弹性，呈棉絮状。质柔软，有浓厚的柚子香气。
