木瓜概述(平肝舒筋 和胃化湿)
别名 榠楂、木李、海棠
为蔷薇科植物贴梗海棠的果实，夏、秋二季果实绿黄时采收，置沸水中烫至外皮灰白色，对半纵剖，晒干。
木瓜各家论述
《本草正》记载：“木瓜，用此者用其酸敛，酸能走筋，敛能固脱，得木味之正，故尤专入肝益筋走血。疗腰膝无力，脚气，引经所不可缺，气滞能和，气脱能固。以能平胃，故除呕逆、霍乱转筋，降痰，去湿，行水。以其酸收，故可敛肺禁痢，止烦满，止渴。”
木瓜性状
【性味】 味酸，性温。
【归经】 归肝、脾经。
干燥果实，呈长圆形，外皮棕红色或紫红色，微有光泽，边缘向内卷曲。
质坚硬，剖开面呈棕红色，种子三角形，红棕色，果肉味酸涩，气微。
