葱实性状
【性味】 味辛，性温。
种子三角状扁卵形，一面微凹，另面隆起，有棱线1-2条。表面黑色，多光滑或偶有疏皱纹，凹面平滑。基部有两个突起，较短的突起先端灰棕色或灰白色，为种脐，较长的突起先端为珠孔。纵切面可见种皮菲薄，胚乳灰白色，胚白色，弯曲，子叶1枚。体轻，质坚硬。气特异，嚼之有葱味。
