青皮概述(疏肝破气 消积化滞)
别名 四花青皮、个青皮、青皮子、醋青皮
为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。
5～6月收集自落的幼果，晒干，习称“个青皮”；7～8月采收未成熟的果实，在果皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部，除尽瓤瓣，晒干，习称“四花青皮”。《纲目》记载：“暖脾胃，固大肠。”

《本草纲目》记载：“青橘皮，其色青气烈，味苦而辛，治之以醋，所谓肝欲散，急食辛以散之，以酸泄之，以苦降之也。陈皮浮而升，入脾肺气分，青皮沉而降，入肝胆气分，一体二用，物理自然也。”
青皮性状
【性味】 味苦、辛，性温。
